Brendan Donnelly

Brendan Donnelly joined Twin Securities in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Before joining Twin, he was Account Manager/Vice President at Morgan Stanley Fund Services where he covered equity hedge funds. Prior to that, Mr. Donnelly was Chief Financial Officer at Kora Management. Mr. Donnelly was also Controller at Continuum Investment Management and Assistant Controller at Alphadyne Asset Management earlier in his career. Mr. Donnelly is a Cum Laude graduate of Siena College in 2003 with a Bachelors of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in New York.
